Now that I know what it is, it looks like a great place to save bookmarks that are related so that you're not reliant on being on your own PC to access them!
I liked the way that Cleveland has linked the subject headings from their website, it gives their bookmarks an air of authority, and narrows the links before the user gets to the del.icio.us website. I think is something that we could definately look at doing from 0ur library section in our council webpage.
There is of course the downside of something like this, someone has to keep an eye the currency of the links!
