Mashups the final mash

Well this was interesting... I did a google search for mashups and the first directory site i looked at was Programmable Web. I went into reference section and chose Tall Eye it is a mashup that gives you the straight line from a place in the world and takes into account the earth's curve! Some of them might be useful for reference work, there were a couple of census pages on there, where you click on the map and census data. Not really sure how useful they would be for a library to set up, but I think really useful for the tourism industry.
